It's a pane open at the top of the "Give Industry Orders" screen. It shows what you will have after the current production orders take their requirements (which is usually rather less than the numbers that appear on the transport screen, which does not make those deductions). To see what's coming in, you have to leave the "Give Industry Orders" screen.
