The Mycenaean Age I

The Game Notes suggest developing your home market first, then trading in Copper Urns to build your treasury and working towards the challenge of using sea vessels to access Tin located in the region of Ionia, to make Bronze, to meet the demand for Bronze Mirrors and Bronze Swords.

MERCHANT PRINCE

65000 coins are required to achieve the Merchant Prince rating. The big challenge is correctly stated as Tin in the games introductory notes: it is only sourced from Ionia. Creating markets for Bronze Mirrors and Bronze Swords in Ionia is therefore very logical for quick sales of both these items rather than long hauling them by ships back to Greece or Crete. There are no special factors in your merchant victory, so sell high and fast where you can.
